At Grays Custom Guitar Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tone. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage your item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered or removed.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
